THE CZORA COMPANY HAS ALL THE NECESSARY CERTIFICATES AND QUALIFICATIONS TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SERVICES.
On a daily basis we work with the implemented Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-2:2018. Quality control department equipped with certified measuring instruments monitors the course of each operation, so we can guarantee the appropriate quality of the product.
Welding processes are carried out under the supervision of a welding engineer (IWE)
Other processes are supervised by highly qualified production supervision staff. In order to maintain the highest quality of the products or offered services, our staff has undergone an appropriate training system.
Non-destructive testing (NDT):
– visual testing VT1 + VT2 (product multisector);
– penetration testing of welds PT1 + PT 2;
Destructive testing (DT):
– Macroscopic examination of metallographic specimens;
– Microscopic examination of metallographic specimens;
– Tensile testing;
– Fracture test of welded joints.
