Thanks to the solutions applied by us, we have become a leader on the welding market. For each product we design welding equipment tailored to the customer’s needs. Our average daily throughput is 25,000 welded details.

AUTOMATION OF THE WELDING PROCESS IS MAINLY USED IN MEDIUM AND LARGE SERIES PRODUCTION, ITS MOST IMPORTANT ADVANTAGES ARE:

– welding speed of up to 1400 cm/h
– speed of burner transition between welded parts
– guarantee of proper remelting and its full repeatability

WE HAVE 16 ROBOTIC WELDING STATIONS FOR MIG/MAG, TIG AND PLASMA WELDING, INCLUDING:

– 12 stations with the possibility of welding in three axes with dimensions 1100x600x500mm with one manipulator and rotating table
– 2 stations with the possibility of welding in three axes with dimensions up to 3000x1200x1000mm with two manipulators and a rotary table
– 2 stations with the possibility of welding in three axes with dimensions 1100x600x500mm with three manipulators and rotating table
