Laser cutting in 2D technology
We have a laser for cutting sheet metal working in the Fiber TRUMPF TRULASER 3030 4000 W technology with a working surface of 1500 mm x 3000 mm.
These devices are designed and adapted for laser cutting of materials such as steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.
Our Fiber laser uses an energy-saving and low-maintenance laser source. Instead of a mirror system, a fiber optic cable is used to transfer the beam. It is an easy to use and inexpensive machine, which is perfect for the production of parts that require high precision.
Exceptionally high speeds and accelerations without breakaway limitation combined with high-resolution measurement systems enable unprecedented cutting performance and accuracy.
Maximum cutting thickness of various materials:
– construction sheet metal 25mm
– stainless steel 20mm
– aluminium 20 mm
– copper 8 mm
– copper 8 mm
Applied process optimizations::
BrightLine Fiber – allows to cut very small holes in sheet metal of high thickness and improves the quality of cutting materials of higher thickness.
FlyLine Fiber – thanks to the application of this optimization, the laser becomes competitive for the punching machine in terms of time savings. During machining, the instrument is switched on and off during positioning between contours in such a way that the machine axes do not stop.
iIn order to meet the needs of our customers, we have purchased a new device – TruLaser 1030.
This is a Fiber type of laser which includes a head for beveling holes. This will save additional production processes and therefore production time and the customer’s resources.
